To have more insight into what the actual tower looks like after completion of construction, let’s have a detailed description of all the floor plans.
In the basement, there will be four staircases to the ground floor, they will be made in such a way that the people don’t have to move in the corners. Other than the staircase, there will be shops for the rent out, the estimated number of shops will be up to six. Apart from all this, one elevator and two tanks for water storage. On the ground floor, there is less space and most of it is occupied by the shops and other construction. As per the plan, there will be six shops, a staircase connecting the basement, and the toilets are there in the detailed design. It is planned to have a garbage collection section on the ground floor. The emergency staircase will also be there for any unwanted situation so that evacuation can be done easily. Total cost will be PKR 11,560,000, with the monthly installment of PKR 231,200. The digging price for this type of apartment will be PKR 1,734,000.
Type A bedroom that consists of 3 bedrooms will be of PKR 11,109,500. Monthly installment will be 222,200 with initial advanced booking of 2,777,500 rupees. The entire flat will have a 1307 square foot. Type B1 of 3 bedroom apartment will have total price of PKR 9,885,500. Type B1 will be of 1163 square foot, and monthly installment will be 197,700 rupees. The initial booking for PKR 2,471,500. For all the apartments, the monthly installment will be completed in 30 months.
