As per Bahria town instructions, the approved piling was Soldier piling. During piling, Bahria town teams also inspected the site and were fully satisfied with the work being done. After the completion of piling, the BTK teams will again inspect the site and once they have approved the piling, excavation will be started. The next step will be the lean construction, in order to complete the project in minimum time.

Future plans UBN Trade Tower:

The future plans for this building that has commercial offices in Bahria town Karachi have also been shared. Those plans are as under

• The basement will be completed by November 2020. The raft has been completed on 29^th of October and the bed has been completed. Now steel binding is in progress in the walls and pillars, which will bear the load of the whole building and that will be completed very soon as well.
• The ground floor will be completed by December 2020.
• The structure of all 15 floors will be completed by August 2021.
• In one year after the structure completion, the finishing and remaining plans will be completed by August 2022.

As per the commitment with the customers, the promise to deliver this project is by February 2023. But as you can see with the shared timeline, there is ample time. Therefore, you can be fully assured that the building will be completed till February 2023.
