Bahria Town Karachi has been developing at a very fast rate, up till now, many families have been shifted here. Not only residential properties are being sold in large number, but the sale of commercial properties have also got momentum. One of the most active precincts of the Bahria Town Karachi is precinct-27, in this sector, villas on the front, facing Jinnah Avenue have been handed over to the owners. All the villas have been occupied by the residents, and there is significant movement in the whole area.

Villas in this sector are 235 square yards, and the construction of them is the same as that of precincts 10a and 11a. The difference is that there has been free space in the backyard area and street. The excess 35 square yards is being for 7 lac rupees charged by Bahria Town Karachi. The current price of the front villa is in the range of One crore fifty lac to One crore sixty lac rupees.



There are two more locations for construction in precinct-27, one is at the back while the other one is in middle. Apart from this, there is dedicated space for 125 square yard villa. All the basic facilities have been provided in the area for 125 square yard villas, and development has been completed. Private construction in this area is in full swing. In the center area, the work of the sewer line is in progress. The commercial area has been also going through the phase of development. In this region, the average cost of a villa is around one crore and 45 lacs rupees.

Two main roads, Jinnah and Avenue-17 are linked with precinct-27. The main attraction for this prescient is the additional space of 35 square yards, and the other is the adjacency to Ali Block. Thirdly, there has been a large number of building properties available in precinct-27. There has been a significant rise in prices, as trade is getting speedy. There is still room for the prices to go up. In precinct 27, there has been a flood drain in the area for the 125 square yard plots.
