As per the commitment with the clients, Salaam Estate and Builders hosted the inauguration ceremony of UBN trade tower in Bahria town Karachi on 18 September 2020. The tower is located at a prime location in Bahria town, on Jinnah Avenue and is a joint venture between Salaam Estate and Builders and UBN builders. This tower will consist of various corporate offices.
Inauguration ceremony:
Country Head of Bahria town, Mr. Shahid Mehmood Qureshi inaugurated the tower. While addressing the huge number of audience on this ceremony, he said that this is one of the best and amazing construction that is starting on the prime location of Jinnah Avenue. He congratulated the Salaam Estate and Builders for undertaking such a great project. He further said that due to the relaxations by the government and the latest policies, this is a golden time for the various constructors. Therefore, they should take up this opportunity and take full advantage of it.
Mr. Shahid, from the platform of the inauguration ceremony also broke a huge news to the various commercial builders. According to the rules of Bahria Town Karachi, Jinnah Avenue commercial was just reserved for office buildings. But during his address at the ceremony, he announced that now Bahria town will also allow the construction of apartment buildings on Jinnah Avenue as well. He further said that if someone buys a property in Quaid commercial, they will be given a 5% discount on the whole payment as well as will be given urgent possession.

On this occasion, the CEO of Salaam Estate and Builders, Mr. Saifullah also addressed the audience. He thanked the PPL especially for their efforts. He also thanked the participation of Mr. ShahidMehmood Qureshi for his participation, as well as Mr. Usman Najam CEO of UBN builders.
He also expressed his gratitude to all the customers for showing such huge appreciation of this project. He further stated that the project was planned 3 months before, but due to the amazing response from customers, more than 70% of the payments have matured in only 3 months. Salaam Estate and Builders have the legacy of completing all their projects within or before the promised time, which will continue because due to the booking of the offices, there is no shortage of finances. Therefore, although the estimated time for this project is 2.5 years, but it will be completed and delivered to the clients well before that. Salaam Estate and Builders has a team of the most experienced personnel for every task. This is the reason why all the commercial buildings completed by Salaam Estate and Builders have received completion certificate from Bahria town.
