Bahria Town Karachi is announcing the possession. Residers of Bahria Town as well as overseas clients who want to apply possession should follow the instructions. Bahria Town Management Team asserted that all the development areas that may be related to Paradise, Sport City, Golf City, and all the plots and property are built are giving possession. Possession Date will be January 15, 2020, and then they applied one lac charges till 3 months. Clients should have to give unbuilt property to those who are interested in possession. In Bahria Town Karachi, some of the Precinct are semi-developed just like Precinct 47.
Possession is compulsory for those who receive letters as well as others who don’t receive letters. Bahria Town Management Team decided that the areas are built-in should have to take possession. Precinct 47 is partially developed that half of the area is unconstructed but the same policy is applied for this type of area that they must have to take possession. Possession policy is applied to all built-in areas. Residers who don’t receive the letter but their property is built in then they must have to take possession.

• Request for possession (to be filled by the allottee)
• Provisional Allotment Letter (if issued earlier)
• Copy of CNIC
• Recent Passport size photograph (x 2)
• Authority letter of minimum Rs .100 Stamp paper if the allottee himself cannot visit the office for applying or collection of possession. (Note: 02 Photographs and ID card copy of authority holder and executant must also be provided).
• Original Customer copy of Booking form / Transfer letter
• All original deposit slips with photocopies (Including category charges if any. Which will be paid on Category challan Form).
This form is submitted at Bahria Town Office with charges that will be filled on the Bank deposit slip. Bahria Town Team will scan your documents and hand over you the original documents. After this processing, the procedure for possession is completed and the Bahria Town management team gives you a time that maybe 45 days then you receive your letter from there. For the Possession letter, the owner of the property must receive the letter by own.
Bahria Town Administration allows their overseas client that cannot take possession letter by their own should have to fill authority letter to a representative with a complete file that relates to transfer letter, allotment letter, and deposit slips. CNIC Copy of Owner as well as representative and then go to Bahria Town Office and fill the form of Request for Possession and deposit their charges. The utility charges are also applied so the clients should have to pay it. After this procedure, you get at least 2 months then you can get your possession letter. But the possession letter must be received by the property owner only.
