Precinct 27 has been going on its peak because of its fast development. There is a lot of quick development taking place in precinct 27 which is attracting a lot of people. This precinct is near the London Bridge. Half of its villas are located on the main Jinnah Avenue side and the rest are on the upper side of the London Bridge. This fast development in precinct 27 means that there will be an increasing rate of construction and rates. The villas in 10a and 11a are getting expensive because their rates are rapidly increasing. Therefore, people are now looking into precinct 27 to find villas and plots because the rates here are relatively less. The rate for the villas that lay on the main Jinnah Avenue is 2 crore.

 

Variation in Prices for Precinct 27:

For the plots that are on Precinct 27, their prices vary. The ones that are near the main Jinnah Avenue, will be more expensive because that area is the main central area of attraction. The plots of 125sq ft yard will be up to 65 lakhs or even more. Whereas, the plots that are further away from the main Jinnah Avenue will be less than 60 lakhs. Furthermore, there aren’t just villas in precinct 27 but, there is a shopping gallery as well. That is done with construction but, only the painting of the shopping gallery is left. The same goes for the masjid. There are some depression plots in precinct 27 which the people do not like. They think that making plots in this area is not very useful because they are depressions.

Now, people are also investing in these areas because they are in lesser price ranges. The main thing about this is that these depressions will soon be covered and proper so you will be getting a good leveled land. Moreover, when it comes to the rates of the villas and plots, it is not just one area that increases the rates of the land but, the whole area. Though, this will surely depend on each street. If the houses are far away from the main central point then their prices will be much lower than the ones in the central point. Therefore, you should not worry about the prices of the villas or plots because they will change throughout.
